Disappointed
"This beds exclusive EZ-Wash design features a memory foam insert". This statement of Chewy in their answer of a customer's question is incorrect. I ordered this bed because Chewy mentioned 'memory foam insert', PLUS the product video clearly shows a memory foam insert. However, I got the bed in today, and to my disappointment the bed mattress part is a cover filled with the same 'microfiber, plush/fiberfill' material as the bolsters... as in 'fluff'. I wish I had not relied on the Chewy statement and the product video, which both are deceiving. Hence the one star review. It's an expensive bed for what you get. Lesson learned, money waisted, still fluff that doesn't offer the support our Airedale needs at his old age. And that after researching and researching memory beds for days on end. What a bummer.
Ask for the pillow size before ordering.
I ordered the large as I have a lab and it was suggested. It is huge. The pillow is 39" and the red could fit two of my dog. As to the bed, it is beautiful, well made and would be comfortable. Just measure your dog laying down, then ask about the size of the pillow and go from there.

Purchased for my 11 year old 60 pound Labrador who recently had surgery to remove a mast cell tumor. I wanted to ensure she's comfortable during her recovery. She immediately climbed into her new bed and, judging by the snores, she sleeps very soundly during the night.

This canvas,( tightly woven) fleece topped bed is better quality then any I've purchased. Well made, with the insert (pillow) cover being washable, you can't go wrong. I have zero complaints with it. We have two 20lb dogs that like to hang together. I purchased the medium sized which is plenty big for them both to stretch out on. May seem pricey , but when you see it, you'll be pleased. With the dogs I have ( non destructive) , this bed will last for years..
Dog bed lint issues
Nice dog bed. Unfortunately there is lint all over from dogs scratching it to make themselves comfortable.
