Not a bandana. It's a cuff that slides onto the collar.

Should not be called a bandana. It's a collar cuff. You need to take the dog's collar off and slip this on/off to use it. But, there is no opening for the leash loop, so not practical. I ordered a bunch, for the different holidays, and they are all going back. Very disappointed.
