Love this Mat. Easy to clean and so cute
I found this difficult to clean
Super cute to be able to personalize the mat. When I got it, it’s just a large mouse pad essentially. The material makes it very hard to clean. It takes on water and isn’t quick to dry. I bought a different mat.
HORRIBLE - don’t buy! 0 stars
I should have listened to the other review. This is cute and all and the personalization is well-done, but it’s a MOUSEPAD!!! Absolutely horrible material for a puppy mat! My dog got some of her wet food on it after just a couple days and it won’t come out. One accident and this item has to be thrown in the garbage. What a WASTE of money. I’m disappointed that they’d even sell this as the material makes it a HORRIBLE idea.

I ordered this mat, and had a problem when it arrived (mat was stained, very dirty). BUT! I got sent a new one in the mail for free and it's in perfect condition. The custom name looks great, and this mat is beautiful. The customer service and quality is amazing. Thank you for fixing the problem so fast!
Stained, very dirty
I was very excited to get this. Although the words came out fine, the whole mat was covered in black stains. I placed the food dish on top to try and cover it, but it's very noticeable. I'm still using it, just wish it didn't have these stains...(Yes I tried washing it, TWICE)
Do Not Order
This arrived discolored and with a chemical odor. The color is so faded that it does not remotely match the product image.
