What do you mean 10% over count

This product arrives with a 10% over count. This refers to the amount of Dubia Roaches in a pack. For example, if a pack guarantees a 50 count, it will include 10% more than the selected count size.
How do I take care of the roaches until they are fed to my animal?

The staple of your roaches’ diet should be “roach chow,” a term for a roach specific food that you can make from a variety of recipes or buy online at a reasonable price. Buying chow online will mean that you are sure your roaches are getting the nutrition they need, but there are lots of good DIY recipes as well if you would prefer to mix your own roach food.
How do you store them?

To store, you can keep them in the cup they are shipped in or put them in a critter carrier. Use the egg cartons they come with if you put them in a critter carrier. That way they can climb off of each other.
are these roaches gutloaded?

The roaches are fed everyday. The manufacturer does not overfeed before shipping, because it could cause stress during transport.

Live feed arrives alive, but without food

Arrives timely and good quality. However, recent shipments don't include internal food resulting in bugs canabalizing each other. Please start including 2 day food supply for bugs in mail.

Dead bugs not good

3rd time ordering these but this time they arrived all dead today. They're all squishy and not showing any signs of life. I expected them to be alive but they're all sadly dead. Very disappointed because we've been waiting for these roaches to come.

Wish they were consistent with what they send out

I ordered these at least three times. The first batch was perfect, correct size and everything and all alive. The second order was weird cause there was really large ones mixed in that I couldn't feed to my gecko. This last batch they all arrived dead, which I'm not happy about especially at the price I pay for them.

Arrived Dead

Unfortunately when the package arrived, all the insects were dead. I was home when it was delivered so the package didn’t sit outside of my door in the cold. It went straight from the delivery guys hands, to my hands, and inside my home.

My entire batch of 100 arrived dead. That's all ! They are all dead.
