Transition Instructions
Gradually transition your pet to any new food over the course of 7-14 days to help avoid the digestive upset that abrupt changes in diet can cause. If your pet tends to be on the sensitive side, it may be best to take a little extra time. 1. Start by feeding your pet a mix of 25% new food and 75% old food for the first few days. 2. Then, increase the amount of new food to about 50% and feed that half-and-half mix for a few days. 3. Proceed to feeding 75% new food/25% old food for the next few days. 4. Complete the transition by feeding just the new food on its own.

Dog didn't particularly like
This food isn't bad it has good ingredients and is a good amount of food for the price but I guess the flavor isn't great because my dog didn't really like it. Also if you like to mix your dogs food with any wet ingredients you can't with this stuff because it gets too chewy for the dog to comfortably eat. Now that we stopped adding wet ingredients my dog will eat but is still hesitant. I now add oats and pumpkin or peanut butter and gel gobble it up but, if I don't add anything to the food it takes him all day to eat it.
My hounds love this food
I originally got this food because our good pal is from New Zealand so I thought I would support his country and change up my dogs food, turns out my hounds (basset, walker hound mix) LOVES this food! I like the big kibbles it makes to were my basset hound actually has to chew her food and not inhale it. One thing, I wish they came in bigger bags.
Glucosamine for Joint Health
