Adjust feeding levels to your dog's individual need.
Puppies and nursing dogs may consume more than the recommended amounts per day. Keep fresh water available at all times.
As with all new foods, gradually introduce Addiction over 6 days to prevent stomach upsets. Feed 20% Addiction and 80% of the old food for first 2 days and gradually increase proportion of Addiction over the next 4 days. By the 6th day you can be confident of feeding Addiction for the rest of your pets' life. It is critical that Addiction is slowly introduced to your pet over the 6 day period. Not following these guidelines may result in your pet experiencing gastrointestinal discomfort or related symptoms.

Best vegan dog food!

I’ve tried halo and wild earth. My dog eats halo but isn’t very fond of it. Unfortunately, she HATES wild earth. Zen holistic is by far her favourite! She runs to the bowl to eat it! Thank you!!!

I have a 19 wk yorkie puppy has a very sensitive digestive system and he loves it. Very easy for him to digest and keep down. Doesn’t throw up anymore. Thinner dog bits not so thick like the other ones.

I wish we discovered this food sooner, our super sensitive C. King Charles Spaniel feeling better than ever since we switched over to Addiction Zen. I soak it in warm water for few minutes before feeding and she gobbles it down.

I have 5 dogs and 4 out of 5 think this food is "okay." My senior Italian greyhound is the only one who really seemed to enjoy it. The kibbles are small and light, almost like a wafer. Easy to chew.

Priscilla, a teacup Chihuahua that lives in our house ate 5 bites and refuses to eat anymore. We were really hoping she would enjoy this product as it looks like it is very nutritious.

My Yorkie-poo Joshua ignores me ever since I got him this stuff. I mix it with natures balance vegetarian wet food, and he goes crazy for this. I had to move the extra to a higher shelf. Josh is incredibly picky, unless it what I’m eating, and since I’m a vegan, I thought why not. I love this stuff for making my pup extremely happy, but loath it because he now views me as a food dispenser.

Vegan dry dog food for small breeds

The food is sourced and made in New Zealand. The pieces are small, and easy to chew, even for seniors and sick dogs. And the bag is 3.3 lbs so yoy dont have to buy a huge amount. Wish they would make a canned food with this formula, but so far just dry. My 12 yo dog has terrible inflammatory bowel disease and can no longer eat any animal protein or even hydrolyzed proteins. This new Addiction is working well for her, and I am very pleased!

Great Vegan Dog Food

We have recently added this to our pack’s rotation diet and everyone is very pleased. It has a mild pleasant smell and small pieces. Our 5 dogs range from 10-14 years old. I love that we have vegan options for our dogs. It has been over 10 years since I took my first dog off of meat based kibble and his health improved greatly. Since then all of our other puppy mill rescues were switched and everyone is doing great. So glad that dogs can be vegan and that Chewy carries such a variety. Five stars and will order this again.
