One Month In
And we are starting to see improvement. For the first time in several months, he wanted to go for a car ride. He hasn't wanted to jump because of the pain and inability to make the height. Now we go to monthly injections. I hope the improvement continues.
Works great
We got this med after my 4 year old lab tore both her acls and surgery wasnt a good fit for her. She has been on it for a month now and is acting like her old self again. We just got some for our other lab who has arthritis.
Wish I could take it!
My dog has had 6 doses. He actually is excited to get his shot. He is more active and less limping. I wish they would approve this for humans.
LOVE IT: an absolute must for senior babies
I was initially hesitant after seeing the price for this medication when my vet recommended it. However, I am absolutely AMAZED with the progress my senior dog has made since starting this! My senior dog has begun running again. He also sits voluntarily which he hasn't done in a long time! I very much recommend this medication!
A must have for older dogs
I have a 16 yr old dog - he got his initial dose of Adequan (2 injections per week for 4 weeks) about 6 yrs ago - we now use it once per week (a quick injection in the fatty part of his neck skin - he is still playful, takes daily walks and overall a happy dog - I highly, highly recommend this product!!
Amazing results
Our 10-year old dog is a terrible pill taker and our Vet recommended Adequan. After only 3 injections, she is moving better than she has in years!
Very helpful medication
My son's dog has joints problems and this medication very help him to be a happy dog, who could normally walks and even jumps.
Not working so far
Our dog has been on Adequan for 3 months and we are not seeing any positive results for our girl so far. I know it takes awhile to see results so we will continue to administer to her. Giving the injection is easy. She does not even seem to notice.
Seems to be helping
I was prescribed this for my almost 14 year old dog. She has a prominent limp in the front, and it combined with Gabapentin seems to help her discomfort.
Works well
We've seen such an improvement in our dog after a couple of weeks giving this to him. He had surgery for elbow dysplasia and this seems to have really helped his recovery along.
