Feeding Instructions

Every dog is unique. Feeding requirements vary based on breed, age, environment, and activity level. Use our feeding guide and adjust as needed. To determine meal portion sizes, divide the total amount suggested per day by the number of daily feedings. Always supply fresh, clean water for your pets. These are quantity suggestions. The amount you feed your pet can vary, depending greatly upon the breed, activity level, metabolism, and your preferences.

Transition Instructions

Please remember to transition your pet's food gradually. Begin the transition by mixing their current and new food together. Decrease the amount of the current food while increasing the amount of new food over a seven-day period. By transitioning slowly, your pet will experience fewer digestive issues and better acceptance of the new food.

Why Grain-Free?

Grain and potatoes have been linked to allergies and sensitivities in dogs, so Adirondack makes their foods without them. Each balanced recipe contains unique ingredients selected for optimal nutrition as well as omega-3 fatty acids from coconut oil and flaxseed and a special probiotic blend for immune support and digestive health.

Why Grain-Free?
Real Canine Nutrition

Real Canine Nutrition

Adirondack slow cooks every recipe to bring out the best nutrition and taste their wholesome ingredients have to offer. All-natural veggies and real meat proteins, plus vitamins and minerals, provide some of the best nutrition you can find in a bag, box or can anywhere. Combine that with proven probiotics for optimal digestion and absorption and you have everything your pup needs to truly thrive.

The Slow-Cooked Difference

Cooking food at a lower temperature for a longer time enhances flavor, but did you know it also helps retain nutrition? Researchers at Kansas State University found a measurable nutritional benefit to slow cooking, which means your pup will be getting more nutrients for more stamina and energy with every delicious bite.

The Slow-Cooked Difference

    Great for my gassy pug

By Sarah on Mar 23, 2020

We got a new puppy in January. He couldn't eat the normal food we had for our other dogs because it made him super gassy. I was roaming a local pet store and came across Adirondack. It was more expensive than what I usually bought but since it was so much higher quality, we could feed them a bit less. All the dogs love it way more than anything else we've fed them in the past.
