Gradually add a small amount of Adirondack each day while reducing the amount of your dog's current food. Continue for seven to ten days until your dog's bowl is completely Adirondack.
My dog became ill this fall, coughing, sneezing, wouldnt eat, threw up the dog food I was currently feeding her, and then just plain refused to eat the food, which I then threw out. The vet couldnt find a reason for her to be ill. So along with careful care, switched her to Adirondack lamb and brown rice. I LIKE that the kibble is smaller pieces, she seems to digest the smaller pieces much better than many other brands of dog food with BIG pieces. I like that the food is slow cooked, contains few ingedients and is a healthy choice for my dog. Will continue feeding her Adrirondack as she seems to be doing much better on this brand.
My dog Sage had been eating the adirondack classic. When they stopped making they sent me a 4 lb bag free to try. She loves it so this is what shes eating now.
