Every cat is unique. Feeding requirements vary based on breed, age, environment and activity level. Use our feeding guide and adjust as needed. To determine meal portion sizes, divide the total amount suggested per day between feedings. Always supply a fresh, clean water for your pets. These are quantity suggestions; the amount you feed your pet can vary, depending greatly upon the breed, activity level, metabolism and your preferences.
Please remember to transition your pet's food gradually. Begin the transition by mixing their current and new food together. Decrease the amount of the current food while increasing the amount of new food over a seven-day period. By transitioning slowly, your pet will experience fewer digestive issues and better acceptance of the new food.
Seems to be tolerated by my cat that has food and environmental allergies. The kibble is the largest of any I've fed to a cat. Triangular shape, flat with hollow center. I think rather than the instinct to swallow the kibble the shape causes him to bite/chew which hopefully is beneficial to clean teeth and gums since he doesn't allow me to attend his dental needs.
She like the kitten's Purina one brand of dry food, but she'll eat this too every once in a while. I did realize the benefits of wet food however and I'll be making that transition completely as soon as this bag is finished.
My male cat would rather starve than eat this food. He refuses to eat it and cries until I give him something else. He’s also resorted to battling the dogs for their food. I don’t know if I can donate it or what but it’s going to waste. I am ordering the other Adirondack flavor that I’ve been using since he was a kitten. An expensive lesson learned.
Four of four cats eat this product. I'm glad I found something healthy that does not upset their allergies.
I was looking for a cat food without a lot of additives for cat with food allergies i guess this would be ok if the cats would eat it but they smelled it and walked off would not even try it.
First time trying this one. I have 3 Male felines that prefer seafood flavors. All 3 seemed to like this one. Hopefully they continue to eat it. They can be picky. Two have sensitive stomachs. So far so good.
A decent backup, that my cats ate without any complaints, even if they weren't actively searching for more. The ingredients were all top quality.
my ten year old cat seems to like it , she is very picky , she has not thrown up on it so far and i give this after evening and feed her tuna mackerel american journey in at noon.
Some of my cats throw up when they eat this, don't know if too rich or what. Won't feed this anymore.
My 4 cats absolutely love this food! They usually won’t eat dry food, wait for wet food to be added; but started eating this as soon as I put it in their individual bowls! I was amazed, very pleased! Thank you!
