I thought I’d be nice and get my cats something special to add to their diet but not one of my ten cats liked it

One cat likes it more than the other

This cat food appears to be high quality, I will try other flavors. My cats will eat it and one of them like it better than the other.

    A pretty good food!

    By on Top 250 Contributor

My cat really enjoys the texture and I love how easy it is to get out of the can compared to a pate. I will be adding this brand to my cat food rotation!

Not even stray cats eat it

    By on

None of my cats will touch it. It looks like inferior quality tuna meat - it is almost black in color. Stray cats won’t eat it. I feed it to opossum.

    Big Kahuna Wet Food

My inside cats do not care for this flavor; however, my outdoor cats will eat this product. I am puzzled, but cats can be finicky at times.

OMG! Where has THIS stuff been??

    By on

Baby Snu here. So far, everything Against The Grain my Hooman Mommy had caught and brought home for me (that is how she does it, right?), is so delicious that some mornings I wake her up just to have her open the can. Especially if I know it’s going to be THIS one.

    The Big Flop

I have two inside and one feral that I feed and the GF has the brother of my two inside cats. None of them would eat this, even the wild child walked away.

Good For Diabetic & Cat That Wouldn't Eat Canned

    By on

One of my cats was diagnosed with diabetes a couple of months ago and does well with Halo Turkey & Duck Grain-Free Indoor Cat Food (canned), which is just about zero carbs. I'd been wanting to get all of my cats eating more canned, as it's much healther, but one wouldn't have anything to do with any canned I've put before her the past three years. A successful first step to this was to buy the Halo Freeze-Dried chicken treats, which is marinated chicken breast meat that you moisten to release the aroma and shred. She likes them alot. Those treats are pricey and aren't an appropriate substitute for a balanced meal, so I bought the Big Kahuna Crab & Tilapia and mixed it with the Halo treats One of my cats was diagnosed with diabetes a couple of months ago and does well with Halo Turkey & Duck Grain-Free Indoor Cat Food (canned), which is just about zero carbs. She's starting to eat the Big Kahuna without the treats mixed in. So great to see! This specific Big Kahuna product is zero carbs, so that's another reason it's healthier for her. And if my diabetic guy gets into her bowl, I don't have to be concerned with him getting unwanted/unneeded carbs. Great product; glad I found it. … more
