he loves it!!
my Netherland bunny is free roaming during the day and at night when I sleep I used to put him in his cage he hated it and would shake the bars all night! now with this house he happily jumps in. he likes going up and down the little ladder and sleeps in the upstairs. it's nice and dark on the upper level, I don't have to cover it with a blanket he like to look out the little window it looks so nice and easy to put together with a power drill great stuff
measurements were off
The measurements were off where my fiancé had to saw some of it to get it, put together like the instruction book, said, let alone the instruction book was a little misleading as well and on top of it, we didn’t get the toy or the wire feeder that was supposed to come with a bunny cage either so altogether very disappointing. Very upset. We already got it set up. Sorry bunny is using it even though it’s lopsided, but my fiancé fix it the best he could I can’t believe how much money I spent on this just for it to be broken pretty much I wrote an email. Hopefully I get a response back and hopefully maybe I’ll get some of my money back because I’m not gonna re-take it down and ship it out because we got it set up at least as put together the best we could.
Nice looking hutch
This is a nice looking hutch that was not hard to put together. It is a pine type wood and the wood is very soft. I would recommend only using a screwdriver to put it together by hand. I think any power tools would strip out the screws. I gave it 4 stars because not every hole was predrilled which I am sure that was done so the screw was secured better, but one of them I had some slight splitting in the wood. Also the Metal Feeder was missing
It’s pretty, but I worry about the longevity
I was really excited to get this for my bunnies, it’s smaller then I thought it would be and mine didn’t come with the hay basket. The biggest disappointment is that the wood split where I put some of the screws which makes me feel a bit uneasy about the longevity of it. This hutch is definitely not big enough for 2 bunnies, hardly enough room for 1.
Hutch
I really like the hutch. It’s perfect for our bunny and he enjoys it. It’s just the right size for him and it’s big enough for him to play in. Its nice and it really was easy to assemble. I’d definitely recommend.
Bunny approved
My bun absolutely loves his new hutch and space!!! We live the pul out trays to be able to clean easier on top and bottom. The absolute only thing I would change is the trays themselves be removable so that over time the wood surrounding them won't swell from exposure to cleaning and normal water/droppings. This is darling and only having 1 bunny in it helps. Definitely only big enough for 1 bunny. We also let ours free roam some during the day while we are home to still let him stretch out and exercise them muscles lol. Picky person approved!
SMELLS ATROCIOUS
I got this hutch for my pet rats and although it was pretty easy to put together the wood does split very easily and I had to glue it back together. There is also a VERY strong odor that comes off of it, even after airing it outside for 24hrs hours it still smells really bad. The hutch also does not come with a feeding bowl. Overall I would absolutely not purchase again nor would I recommend anyone to put their pets in it unless they can get rid of the smell.
Beautiful cage
We love this cage for our bunny. It’s well made and easy to put together.
Well, not the best for the $$
Pre-fabricated, no real quality items in the box but maybe the screws. NO FEEDING TRAY as many others have stated. Not worth the money spent by any means. Keep looking is my advice or build your own with better materials.
Easy assembly
The hutch was super easy to assemble and is very sturdy. I will say though that there is not a metal feeder included. It says it’s included on this listing, but it’s not in the box and is not listed on the parts/hardware section of the manual. Kind of sucks but I can get one separately so it’s not a big deal.
