using to boost health of feral kittens

    By on

Feral kittens pose a special problem....the ones that appeared at my door had severe conjunctivitis and a cough. I cannot take them to a vet nor administer eye drops or medication directly. I am using the salmon oil to boost their overall health and it has been a long haul but seems to have been part of the equation to them definitely feeling better. I will continue to provide daily in their wet food.

    Cat was not a fan

    By on

My cat was not a fan of the oil. I think it was too strong of a scent. I will try again in a few weeks with just a drop or two. But I've got friends whose cats love it. As we know, cats are finicky and she may love it up the road.

    container LID problem

    By on

The oil is good for cats in every way. The lid flips open and no matter how I tried to count drops on food, I got several drops of oil on lid and bottle. It was annoying but the price was right.

She had it once and won't touch it again

    By on

I thought this would help with hair balls and a sleek coat. Cessie had it once with a pouch of her Lickables and has refused to touch it since. She loves salmon, but she doesn't like this. We have given up and will find something else.

    Product is good

    By on Top 250 Contributor

I bought this because I heard that Salmon oil helps with allergies, itching and hair balls. It doesn’t help my one cat’s allergies but it helps both my cats poop better and a little with the itching from the dry heat.

I've been giving this to our cats for a few years now. I will continue to buy it and put a drop or 2 in their wet food each night.

My cats love anything like this, but this brand they refused to even touch it. When I would mix it in food they wouldn’t even eat their food.
