    Holistic Miracle

    By on

I went the route of meds via the vet for my other dog. It got to the point I was worried about the long term effects. My current lab/Rottweiler mix is already showing signs of arthritis and inflammation at age 9. I couldn't imagine going down the med route again. I did some research on holistic/Chinese herbs and came across this product. I give her two a day, along with Nordic Naturals Fish oil (sold here) and within 5 days I see the old playful her back. She is putting weight back on her hind foot again and seems much happier. This is a staple for me. I rather put the money into something like this, then the merry go round of meds from the vets.

    Great product

Helped with my dogs arthritis will definitely keep purchasing this product. Thrilled that chewy offers it, as it’s much cheaper than buying it in small quantities from the vet.

    My 12 year old puppy

    By on

My golden retriever is 12 years young but has been walking like her joints bother her and wanting to walk or take the stairs less and less. At our vet's recommendation I started her on this supplement and the difference was almost immediate. She is silly and rambunctious again and demanding more/longer walks every day. I want my girl to be as comfortable as possible as long as I can, and this has made her a puppy again!

Works Well Paired with Dasuquin, Dog Hates Taste, Though

    By on

My lab mix is 10 1/2 now and definitely showing signs of joint stiffness. She was having trouble jumping up into the car, and sometimes even getting up on her feet after a nap. She had always been active - and was/is still - but her age was definitely showing. My veterinarian recommended Dasuquin plus Alenza, saying Alenza would help with the inflammation. It was only a few days after starting this combination of supplements that I started seeing a difference. My dog is doing so much better. She's bounding around and jumping up in the car with very little difficulty. I'm really surprised at how quickly she was feeling better. The only downside is that she doesn't find the Alenza chew palatable My lab mix is 10 1/2 now and definitely showing signs of joint stiffness. Wish they had not changed

    By on

The fact is that Alenza works great for our dog! We give this 4 stars because we do not like the change to a chew. Our dog will not eat supplements or medicine. We use pill pockets and the pill form was easier to break in half. The new chews crumble when broken or cut. We will continue to give our dog Alenza because it works so well. We just wish it was still in pill form.

    Different but heeats them

    By on

These are different than the other chewables(which my 12 yr old Lab didn't like). He will eat these without having to wrap in a piece of lunch meat to hide the taste. They are still very expensive & I he does seem to feel better, but he is on a few other meds. Hard to tell how good they work. I wish he could tell me...

    Great for doggy dementia

My 10 year old pit bull Moses was diagnosed with the first stages of dementia. Alenza seems to be helping him a bit with this.
