No pad inserts
I guess I missed that pads were not included although there is a pocket to insert one. My long hair Chihuahua gets too hot in the regular male pads so I'm sure these will work. He only needs them when visiting places where there are other dogs. He doesn't try to scoot them off so the looser fit and softness works for me and he's fixed so no problem trying to prevent that. If there were pad inserts I would have given five stars.
Alfie Male Belly Wrap
These are SO SOFT! They don’t rub his haunches as some wraps tend to do and hide a feminine napkin perfectly! Loved them so much that I ordered another set. Perfect for our senior boy.

these are really cute BUT you need to put something in them to collect the urine - very thin - I do have another brand that doesn't require a extra pad inside....
Cute but did not work for my boy
These belly bands are so cute, but my boy manages to wiggle them off. They are the right size too. He is on prednisone for this awful autoimmune disease he has and has been having accidents in the house. Poor little guy has had a hard time. Wish they would have worked for him.

These wraps are very cute and they wash great. They are also very soft. I would definitely recommend them.
Too small but cute
I ordered these for my 2 year old cocker. They were too small by about a size. They were super cute, washable, and the velcro is pretty strong I just needed the actual band to be wider
Leak City, Trick
Functions better as a belt or other accessory than a functional tool to contain urine due to lack of any kind of cinching mechanism on the garment, so liners or initial excess urine leak out before it can be absorbed. Fabric is so thin it offers little to no abortion and becomes saturated almost immediately. Would not recommend.
Fit is larger than stated
Buy one size lower. They stretch. And buy small, thin womens' pads to put inside. They are made of soft material. Love them.
Not best used to prevent mating.
The extra large belts are to narrow to use to prevent mating, if that’s the reason for purchase. I wouldn’t recommend due to that.
Keep looking
I was new to these over-all products so I have different ones. I put a fresh one of these on my dog only to watch him immediately pee on my floor. I do not recommend these not only because you can't trust them to do the job but also because you have to remove a peeed on pad to dispose of, (yuck!!!!!).
