    Dog refuses to eat it

By DogMom on Mar 31, 2021

It seems like it has a great formula, but my golden retriever puppy refuses to eat it. He's had salmon food before which he was a little picky about, but this brand he refuses to eat without extras (bread, cheese).

    my picky puppy

By mzarate on Feb 4, 2021

I’ve been switching my puppies food for various reasons. She is a picky eater. I bought this one since the ingredients seemed like good ones and American made. My puppy itching so I was trying to switch to salmon. She managed one large bag and now I still mix a little of this with Merrick Beef and Merrick beef can and she still doesn’t like it. I will give the almost full second bag to the dog shelter. I am lost. I think I’ll go back to Purina Pro plan Salmon. Maybe it’s the large bags are not as fresh.

    NOT FRESH KIBBLE VERY DRY

By ROME on Apr 6, 2021

My dogs were not fans of this kibble. They found it hard and dry seemed like it was an older batch of food. No major issues like mold or anything like that just not very appetizing for my two dogs.

My husky pup loves it, but it smells

By Kbar on Apr 6, 2021

My puppy loves it, but the salmon flavor definitely has a fishy smell and his breathe stinks. But at the same time he already had stinky breathe so as long as he is happy.

    Ziggy loves it

By Amanda on Feb 16, 2021

We have a 9 month Golden Retriever that has been on this for a few months now. He loves it, but he will eat any food you put in front of him. I was looking for a non lamb or chicken protein kibble and came across this brand. No complaints from him or us.

    ?????? IDK

By melleephunk on Dec 21, 2020

I’m extremely confused, this is supposedly a good, reputable brand. I looked at the ingredient list and it seemed Ok. I also have been doing my own research on youtube and other various pet sites. We have been on this kibble for 1 month so that I can write a fair statement/reviews. However, who and why is my 4.5 months GR is popping 6-7 times a day on this?? Does this food have too many fillers ? I am concerned ! She was on large breed RC, and she pooped only 3-4 times a day.

    Puppy Approved

    By PitskeyMOM91 on Apr 2, 2021

He loves this flavor and it's amazing for his hair and growth, it's hard with such picky eaters like my Huskey/Pitbul.

    Dog thought it was ok

    By BoredNeko19 on Dec 2, 2020

I thought I would try this since my pup was trying to steal my other dogs food which is the adult version of this, but i got her this and she didn't really like it as it took a few days for her to finish the four cups she gets a day. She ate it, just not with the enjoyment of her normal food.. but she did stop wanting my other dogs food after this bag. Assuming it was just a case of wanting what she can't have and now that she got it, it wasn't as good as she thought.

    My pup loves it!

By Allison on Jan 20, 2021

We had to switch from a chicken based diet and this seemed like the best option that we could find for our large breed puppy. He loves it! Changing to something that agrees with his tummy has increased his energy levels!

    Pups don't care for it

    By Angela77 on Feb 27, 2021

My two 6mo Heeler/Shepherd pups don't like it. They will only eat it (reluctantly) if I mix it with something else. What a bummer.
