Koke is a 75 Lb. Border Collie that is our only dog now. We thought we would get him something better than we had been feeding, (six dogs for awhile). They slowly got old and passed on. He's not overweight, just very big for a Border, a rescue dog that was taught not to look at sheep or any other animal Koke is a 75 Lb. Border Collie that is our only dog now. I left the food there all day but she never ate any I began to get concerned when I was opening the bag, my girl walked over, sniffed the food and walked away, that's not like my chow hound. I put her usual portion in her dish, she walked over, sniffed the food and walked away, wouldn't even eat it. I left the food there all day but she never ate any of it. Next morning I gave her the food she had been on and she gobbled it up like she was starving. Now I admit my girl is a bit on the fussy side but I have to say there wasn't even an interesting scent coming from the bag that might help attract the dog. Guess I'll be bringing this food to the shelter. … more
