Not many in the bag
Dogs loved them but there weren’t many in the bag. I have 1 large dog and 1 small dog so the bag didn’t last long. So if you’re on a fixed income like me, I advise you to get something else. But if money is no object, then your dogs will love them.
Dog approved
I have 4 dogs of various sizes. They are normally relatively well behaved and take treats gently. One of them bit me to get to this jerky the first time. Not hard, but she didn't even look upset about it. They all love these things. My only wish is that they were a bit bigger per treat cause my bigger dogs swallow and they're gone. Otherwise, love these things.
My picky dog LOVES these treats!!!
I've held this treat in one hand and another treat (cheese, ham, other dog treats) in the other and she ALWAYS picks American Journey Jerky. EVERY time. It's only got three ingredients - beef, sugar and salt. It's more expensive than other jerky, but the thing that made me choose it was a review by a woman who said her husband ate it not knowing it was a dog treat and he loved it. I didn't personally try it, but my dog loves it. A very special treat.
All of them moldy
This arrived this afternoon. I only gave my dogs a few of them...thinking nothing of it, but I went to give them more and they all had a moldy film on them. I had to throw them away.
Expensive Taste
My dogs literally spend all day looking forward to this treat in the evening. Elliot starts whining around 7pm every day because all he wants in the whole world is his bedtime jerky. I can’t believe how expensive it’s gotten. . . I might have to resort to cutting the big pieces in half. And as much as I would love the price to go down, please don’t alter the product to make it cheaper. I’d rather have to sell an organ to pay for it than have the quality compromised.
Healthy treats
My 1 yr old Chocolate lab is allergic to so many foods these treats are great as they are just beef. He loves them and they are a great value.
Fan favorite
My dog loves this jerky! I like that the pieces are not very large, and that I can put them in a toy for my dog to get, such as a Kong toy. I would buy a bigger bag next time. I also like how there are limited ingredients.
Where’s the Beef?
The portions were too small for a dog 50lbs or more. It maybe okay for a pup with Smaller teeth because the pieces were small & soft, unlike normally dried chewable jerky.
