13 year old shi-poo loves them!

My 13-year-old little girl has had 18 of her teeth pulled including three of her canines. She is not able to chew hard things let alone tear anything apart. As soon as she got one of these, she was able to eat it in its entirety without me tearing it apart for her. Now she looks forward to one and gobbles it down with no problem at all.

Tasha, my 120# bird dog, loves soft treats. She doesn't get them often, so she thinks they're extra special. However, she didn't like these as well as others. That doesn't mean your dog won't love them, but she feels that most other soft treats taste better than these.

I love American Journey but my dog did not love these. They don’t have a strong smell (either good or bad) and must not taste too good because she put one in her mouth and spit it out. That was the only time she would take one from me.

My bichon Diamond loves them and since that's the case so do mom. She can't wait to get one for her afternoon snack. And on the plus side the price was right at the time with buy one bag get one free. Couldn't ask for a better deal.

These are great for training too

We have been using these for training treats on our walk. they are in stick form so I just grab one before we go on walks and then they are soft enough that i just break a tiny piece off and give it to him and it lasts our whole walk and I don't have a pocket full of little treats to try and contain the whole way.

Not sure if it is the smell, but our dog just sniffed and walked away. Tried multiple times later but no interest. Its sad because our dog loves the american journey jerkey treats, so I was hoping he would like this too.

I bought all 3 flavors (chicken,beef,lamb) of the American Journey chewy snacking sticks. My dogs won't eat any of them. They sniffed and walked away. My dogs are very picky about their treats.They are more like cats. I took all the treats to my local animal shelter.

I can’t comment on the quality of this food The food looked good. To me. My dog wouldn’t eat it.i wish there was an option to try different foods on a ‘one can’ purchase before wasting your money on an entire case.

For my older pup crunchy treats are starting to hurt his teeth a bit so when i heard American journey was coming out with soft treats i was so happy! The minute i brought these home he went crazy for them. My favorite part was real beef being the first ingredient & it also being grain free. So not only will these not bother his teeth but i know exactly what’s in them & it’s great for him! #ChewyTeamRated
