It’s just alright I guess

My four cats used to like this one better, I think. They don’t eat it with as much relish as they used to the first time I got it. They let it sit in their bowls for a long time. Even the cat who prefers crunchy over wet food just eats a few bites and walks away. When they get hungry enough they eventually eat it but they just don’t seem to be very excited about it. Also, I wanted to let Chewy know that on my most recent order, in which a few cases of canned food were in the same box with a big 15 lb bag of dry food, the cans had smashed into the bag and ripped a big hole in the bag so a lot of the food had spilled out and was wasted. Maybe the goods were packed into the box differently?

They liked it except missing hairball removal

My 5 cats love American Journey's minced chicken or turkey & gravy canned food. I normally give them a mixture of Purina's ProPlan Hairball Removal & ProPlan Urinary Track Health food, but I thought I'd try American Journey's dry food. My cats enjoyed it but after 3-weeks they all started puking up those gross hairballs along with the food. I quickly switched back to Purina's Hairball Removal food and all is happy again. Now I just have the American Journey food in their automatic feeder and I use the Purina ProPlan with the canned food. That's enough hairball removal power to keep things peaceful again:)

Cats love it!

Our cats love American Journey Turkey & Chicken. It's a grain-free delicious and well balanced meal. Our cats are short hair and when they were kittens their fur was not soft. This food has made their fur silky and smooth. They love it and have never had any issues with this food.

Eat it all up

My two cats, 5 and 6 year olds, just love this dry food. I scoop it out for them alongside their wet food and they munch on it all day long. It is a healthy extra food to have available.

Bummed in Idaho

So, we were adopted by a cat almost three years ago. In the snow of Idaho on a mountain! Ordering from Chewy was a Godsend. She loved this food & I loved the ziplock top to keep it fresh. I just received my order and MUCH to my dismay. THE ZIPLOCK TOP IS GONE.

Bag was a big bust

I have been buying the 5lb bag of American Journey for 4years. You were out of the 5lb when I ordered so I got the 12lb. When trying to open the bag along the top the whole bag split down the front spilling the food out on the floor. This made a big mess.

cat won’t touch it

My cat loved the original turkey and chicken- it was out of stock so I figured I’d try the indoor version. He hasn’t touched it. Will have to buy him a different kind :(
