Our Cat is so Finicky, She looks up and meows at me for her meals. If I put down just seafood dry cat food, or even add another brand of seafood broth, she looks at it, smells it, then stares at it and meows loudly. She loves the American Journey Landmark Seafood Variety.
My finisky eater loves gravy based foods because he has lost most of his teeth. Licks the gravy and leaves the morsels. Was on gravy lovers, but tried the Landmark broths as an alternative hoping these would spur his appetite. He has been diagnosed with kidney failure so he takes in a lot of water in any given day. These broth based meals were a hit so I am switching to the canned variety pack to see if one becomes a favorite.
I didn't know what to expect when I ordered but not sure this is something they will like for the long haul. I tried it on my super finicky rescued inside cat and she didn't like it; will try it on the outside cat to see if she does! Thanks for another good choice from Chewy!
i wish LAB GROWN MEAT was already available to the masses, it will be a great solution for pets food (and us humans alike.) sparing suffering to other animals.... but for now i try to get simple healthy food my cats enjoy. if sustainable better! some companies are and i buy from them the most. Also i would love to see the LEAST plastic packaging possible. i care. it is time we all care, we have only one earth and we are trashing it! i also try to only feed my cats what they would eat in nature, what's more natural for them so birds, poultry and fish.
I have two chronically ill cats that need to consume as much fluid as possible. One of them has a chicken sensitivity so we are always excited when we find a new option to try as there aren't many non-chicken cat foods or treats on the market (this seafood variety pack is chicken free). Neither of my cats would eat any of these flavors. My picky boy approached the bowl, sniffed from about 6" away and that was the closest he was willing to get to this food. I wasn't surprised but it was still a bummer. My second cat did surprise me as he loves his other broths (with similar ingredients lists). This cat did actually try two of the flavors but a single lick of each was enough for him to decide that these were a hard no. He wouldn't go near the other flavor. I would describe the "broth" in these as more gravy like and the broths that my one cat loves are more of an actual broth (water consistency) so perhaps that played a roll in his opinion.
Smells good to me but 3 out of 5 cats apparently don't agree. The two who aren't finicky liked it but the other three were not pleased with a topper but eventually ate it. Finding food brat cats will eat enthusiasticly is like pulling hens' teeth.
My cat is not a fan. I don’t like the packaging. It is so hard to get it out of package without it getting on something
If you have cats that are picky or off their food present this. If they don't eat it time for a vet visit.
A hit with most of my cats! Only my pickiest eater won't eat them but she hardly eats anything so I can't hold that against these pouches.
My cats like the taste of this complement, especially the shreds of real tuna or salmon in there. I have one cat with gastrointestinal issues and he loves the taste of these but they cause him some stomach issues sometimes. It might be the tomatoes and kale, but I can't be sure. For cats without this sensitivity, they are wonderful!
