My puppy gave up on it
I bought this food for my puppy when we first brought him home 2 months ago. He liked it at first and then I noticed he would eat less and less. Now he refuses to eat it so I have to buy another food for him. Maybe it’s good for others but it didn’t work for mine
Great food!
I've had my lab on this formula for over 6 years now (recently switched to this flavor, which he LOVES). A year ago, I got a Basset Hound puppy and was told by my vet that chicken is the poorest choice for protein for this breed. So,no problem, since my lab was already on it, I bought the puppy formula for the new kid. She's done great on it! Now she's on the adult formula and thriving. Neither of them have any issues with the taste and my veterinarian highly recommends this brand new as well. New puppy on the way and he will also be raised on this formula.
Excellent product I have all my dogs on the puppy food now and they love it! It helps keep.the older ones weight up. A+
They won't eat it
I have been a faithful American journey customer for 3 yrs bought a lot of products never an issue but this puppy food my puppies nor my adult dogs will touch this. I dress it up with many things & the spit it out. I don't get it & neither do my dogs..
Mine say nope
I have used a lot of American Journey products and normally there isn't an issue. I switched my Puppy from Royal Canin to this product, feeling fine about the purchase. Lo and behold nope she will literally go all day without eating and sometimes even the next morning. I started giving it to my other small rescues and they were so-so about it, finally also walking away from the bowl and going all night without eating again at breakfast. I won't say it's a bad product, they just don't care for the flavor I guess. No one got sick, no one acted like it upset the tummy, they just don't care for it. I will donate the bag to rescue but now I don't know which food to go with. I still support American Journey products though :-)
Our puppy LOVES it
Our puppy apparently is quite picky. She started off with the puppy mix the rescue had her on.. that lasted a couple days. Then we tried mixing in other brands but she would refuse to eat anything. Finally I tried this food. She LOVES it! She is happy to eat ( and boy does she go ham on this food), and her coat has never looked shinier! She is healthy and happy, and finally at a normal weight. Plus this food is actually good for her! We are happy, she is happy, so we will keep going with this food.

Lab Puppy Loves It
I got this for my Christmas puppy and was worried about how quickly she would adjust to eating it, boy was I off... She dove right in and is enjoying the kibble and flavor. No intestinal issues changing from what she was previously being fed and no issues with stool quality
