Max devours it
My Shih Tzu Max had pancreatitis and I have to watch what he eats. Keeping the fat content low is essential. This is around 5 percent which is essential. And the best part is he loves it.
From our paws to yours
We can’t thank you enough for the excellent products, delivery and attention to all details. The auto shipping (we have 4 different ones) is fantastic. We have two huskies, an ancient cat who refuses to give up and wild birds in every tree and the feeders year round. We are so happy with Chewy.
Oops at the factory?
Opened a few cans and they were only half full. We have been buying American Journey for a good while now and this is the first time we have had a problem.
Addicted to this food!
My pitbull must have an automatic timer, or her own watch, because she'll start harassing everyone home to feed her at her daily 6 pm time. Drools once she's heard the Crack of the opening lid. She used to be a finicky eater, until this. Sometimes she wouldn't even eat for days! I mix this with the dry food of the same brand for a gourmet meal.
Despite my request to leave this package inside the hallway and on the 2nd floor, it has been dropped outside.
Our pups loved this stew from the first bite It seems to be a good replacement for Nutro at a much reduced price
I’ve been feeding canned American Journey to my dogs for over 1 year. I mix it with cooked chicken in the pm, 1 cup of dry food in the mornings. No skin issues, coats are soft and shiny.
This looks really good!
This stew looks good and my dogs love it! They are jumping every morning for their food. Two flavors to choose from. Great find and easy ordering!
Trying to please my picky eaters
I gave this food three stars not because of the quality of it but because of my fussy dogs. I thought for sure after reading the ingredients and the nutrition and since they always used to like chicken in the past that they would like this food and because it was in gravy. It looked good to me on first sight but they will only eat a little and then walk away. My one girl needs to eat more to maintain her weight and I thought that this would do it but no. I ordered two cases and it will take me forever to get them to eat all of it. I am now buying one can at a time of different foods to find the one that they really go for and then I will order by the case from Chewy again. It's not the food, it's my fussy kids.
Old dog New food
My dog is 15 yrs old. I had had her on a weight loss regimen following my grandkids living with me and she (the dog) getting lots of scraps and floor debris. Transitioning to softer diet , less kibble. Sh definitely likes it but I’m judging on how the “by product” looks on the ground. It’s improving as she is adjusting
