When it comes to housetraining, American Kennel Club’s Dog Training Pads help ease the process by giving your pup a place to relieve himself. The antibacterial pads have a built-in attractant to help encourage your canine companion to use the pad instead of your rug, bed or other furniture in your home. They are highly absorbent with six layers of protection and the quick-drying gel helps eliminate leaks, tracking, and foul odors. In addition to house training puppies, these pads are just as paw-fect for older dogs who may need to stay indoors for an extended period of time. Best of all, they are easy to clean up and come in two counts to suit your needs.
Key Benefits- Perfect for housetraining puppies or helping to prevent accidents in older dogs.

Thin and flimsy
By bullwinkle on Dec 7, 2020
I ordered these cause they were on sale. They are half the thickness of others which means I’ll go through way more in the long run. I don’t recommend these.

not good at all
By Heather on Sep 11, 2020
These pads are extremely thin. Definitely not absorbent either. The actual absorbing part is very small and the blue see through paper covers a large portion of the pad. I had to use multiple for my large breed dog. Very disappointing. You can get much better pads including the chewy brand for less and is a better product. I would not recommend these as it’s just like lying down a piece of paper that will fall apart. The border is about 4 inches long and the first pad was defective and had a corner border than was about 6 inches deep without the absorbing part. Do not buy.

Do not absorb
By Velita on Dec 13, 2020
It wasn´t what I expected. Very thin pads and do not absorb as much as I buy the ones in another Store and another brand like Top Paw

Don't Bother!
By PamC on Nov 14, 2020
These potty pads are among, if not the, worst, I have encountered. They leak and overflow! Don't waste your money.

Akc potty pads
By Breezy on Nov 10, 2020
Worst I’ve ever used. I mean terrible. I have to put down 3 at a time so my pup doesn’t tinkle thru them. Never again.

Great product
By Dutchess on Apr 27, 2020
My regular brand was out so I purchased these instead not only that I had a med size rescue dog that came to me. These pads were a little to big for my 2 dachshund but worked perfectly for the rescue. I am ordering the smaller size for my 2.

Great training pads
By gegalipp on May 6, 2020
I was over joyed when I saw how large these pads are and the holding of urine is fantastic. I have a Great Pyrenees puppy he is a big boy and these pads are perfect for him.

There are better options in this size
By Kayo on Jan 24, 2020
These pads are quite thin and not very absorbent. They do not have tape strips in the corners like other pads. I'm not sure how they're measured, but another brand I've used are 28" x 34" and the absorbent part is definitely bigger and they're thicker. I put these in a kitty litter cabinet for when my elderly cat "misses" or over-pees the litter box. That said, there is usually no direct peeing onto the pad like there would be from a puppy or a dog. Except in the smallest bladder releases, users would need multiple layers of these pads to avoid a mess.
