Waste of Money
By Megan on Mar 25, 2021
I have had this bed for 10 days. I decided to wash the cover because my American Staffy has frito feet and it started to smell. As soon as I put the cover back on the foam insert I could tell it shrunk. I figured it would stretch back out because it was a small amount of shrinking, and boom the zipper snapped. 10 days! This is ALOT of money but it’s ALOT of money on a fixed income. Don’t waste your money.

Not what I expected
By Duke on Feb 19, 2021
Fits nicely in crate and is supportive. However my dog who doesn’t typically destroy dog beds had this in shreds in two nights. Also when I read orthopedic my mind envisioned a solid piece of memory foam or similar. Instead I discover lots of small pieces of foam from varied origins. (See the pic with what’s left of the bed in a trash bag.). I wonder if there was something inside the foam pieces that was attracting my dog to the point he ripped up the bed. The other dog who also never destroys dog beds earlier had roughed up the bed, weird. Anyway, I gave 3 stars because if it had not been destroyed it would have been an excellent crate pad. But, I won’t be getting another one at $40 a Fits nicely in crate and is supportive. However my dog who doesn’t typically destroy dog beds had this in shreds in two nights. Doesn't hold up
By SonnyB on Apr 5, 2021
Ive had this bed for one month. While the bed mostly stayed intact, the cover did not stand up to washing. After one wash-- gentle cycle then line dried--the material started to disintegrate a bit. After the second wash the zipper completely broke and the corner material ripped open. You get what you pay for.

Destroyed in One Night
By Susan on Feb 19, 2021
Purchased for my dogs crate-she hasn’t destroyed anything in the house. The zipper on this mat is a really small inexpensive one that came apart at the ribs the first night. The stuffing is in pieces so it was all over. Had to toss it after one night.

Tore it up
By Lizzy on Apr 5, 2021
The bed itself is fine. But like other reviews said, there must be something in the recycled materials that are used because my dog immediately tore it up and ripped out the stuffing...

Supportive Beds, But Impossible To Clean
By TerrierMom on Feb 12, 2021 top500Contributor
These beds are really nice and supportive and my Cane Corso really seemed to love them. They fit into her crate perfectly. The downsides were that they shed terribly, with black fuzz getting everywhere. They also are impossible to wash, because the cover doesn’t come off. Unfortunately I have neither of the two that I purchased any longer because I couldn’t clean them.

Extremely helpful for older dogs!
By Scarlett on Feb 25, 2021
This mat fits my crate perfectly. Both dogs love it - the 11 year old and the 17 year old. Not only is it comfortable for them but it's thickness makes the crate lip they must clear to step in or out of the crate disappear! That is so helpful for an old dog who doesn't get around easily.

Great bed but...
By Puppygmom on Jan 31, 2021
The bed is great and fits the crate perfectly. However, while the cover is washable, which is a great thing, there is no backing on it or a protective barrier on the foam to prevent liquid from seeping through to the foam . The foam does not like to be washed/dried. So, if you wash the cover, the foam bed will smell if you can't wash it too. Too expensive for it not to have a protective barrier.

Nice thick pad
By Maggie on Jan 26, 2021
My dog loves this and I am a little jealous of her, actually. It is thick but not too squishy. It got a little staticky recently when it was dry in our house because of winter. Until our humidifier could catch up, I put a sheet on top of it. My vacuum isn't the best at getting all the hair out but I recently ordered some lint brushes (not the sticky roller kind) from Chewy to clean my car and they worked really well on this dog bed.

Great Bed for Home or Travel
By Marcia on Apr 4, 2021
We are using it at home without a crate. It's lighter in weight than I expected but provides a lot of support. The final test will come when I wash it.
