Not The Best, But It Works

By jdannae on Dec 23, 2020

So I bought this to keep my dogs and my client's dogs from jumping into the front seat while I'm driving. I think it would work okay if it needed to be straight and nothing ever bumped it. But as soon as it's bumped or you need it at an angle, like in my car, it falls over. I worked with it for over an hour trying to get it to stay put, but the little rubber feet are the main issue. They cause the thing to slide around on the roof of the car and the floor boards. Maybe if you don't have fabric in either spots, it would work better? I got it stay put with some modifications, so hopefully it does it's job okay and I don't have to return it. Or throw it off a cliff as I was I was ready to do last So I bought this to keep my dogs and my client's dogs from jumping into the front seat while I'm driving. By dogmomof3 on Apr 16, 2021

assembly is easy enough, getting it to stand up in your vehicle is another thing! You NEED two people! Still sitting assembled in my vehicle :(.

    Falls over

By Stacy on Apr 1, 2021

Set up and still - it’s great, but as soon as the dog or anything bumps it it falls over. Then the dog comes to the back seat or is under the barrier.

    Don't bother

By Feeder on Oct 4, 2020

The principal mechanism behind this device is tension. The tension screws slide and, after the first bump in the road, the poles fall on top of your dogs.
