Product is horrible
By Guidos on Jun 24, 2020
The unit came without instructions on how to clean or replace blades. Additionally, there is no serial number or model number on it to buy replacement blades.

Very Disappointed
By Jeni on Oct 25, 2019 Top 1000 Contributor
We have a doodle. We've tried to shave him 3 different times and it just doesn't seem to work. It doesn't matter what # comb we put on there is really no difference in appearance. He looks the same. Some hair comes off but it's definitely not even. You can't even tell that you've made a pass over his coat. I've tried to wash him first, I've combed him, I've gone with the coat, against the coat and nothing seems to matter.
