    Works great!

    By on

Works great for my Toy poodle and Husky. Both my girls are quite unsure about getting their nails done so I only cut one or two nails while giving treats. I love that now they’ve became more comfortable with the process. And I see us being able to use these clippers for a long time. Thanks Chewy!

    Very sharp.Easy to use.

My 10 lb dog’s nails had grown so long that she could barely walk across my wood floors. I only dared cut off about 1/8” to avoid causing bleeding. She doesn’t like having it done but I managed to clip them all. She now has much better control walking on the smooth surface.

    Watch out for snap lock

    By on

it will clip fine for a few nails and then it snaps shut on the next clip almost getting the user. Hard to unlock and continue to use

Not great for professional use. Becomes wobbly

    By on

These have not been lasting for me from a professional point. I do trim alot of nails at work and have become disappointed in this particular one and another . I have had basic clippers last a year at least but these I have bought a few times thinking I got a dud each time. They get wobbly at the screw like it is stripped. I actually had to use a fix it in a pinch solution and add a quick fix searching in my bathroom for the shower head tape because it would not stay tight . I have to keep hand tightening the screw which is annoying and ridiculous like it is stripped after barely few months old . May be fine for home grooming but not for professional use unless andis sent out a bulk of bad shipments These have not been lasting for me from a professional point. This is a godsend!

    By on

My spoiled dog makes a fuss about me trimming her nails, and I've been so terrified of hurting her what with all the wiggling that I'm sure I've made things worse by smelling all stressed out. No more. Snip-snip-snip-snip-treat, snip-snip-snip-snip-treat, on to the back paws, 30 more seconds & I'm done while she's still lying there waiting for more attention. I think what makes it easy is that the "guard" (which I find useless) can be moved out of the way easily and then doesn't fall back in while I'm trying to get the nail in the right place. Plus the handles are big and not fiddly, so less danger of compressing them at the wrong moment. It's a beautiful thing.

These seem great, but she won’t let me use them

They seem well made, but my poor little pup is way too fearful. I’ll keep trying!

    Awesome clippers

This is the second pair of nail clipper that I have purchased. These are the best. They are easy to use. There is a nail guide so you don't clip them too short and they are easy for me to use. They are easiy to squeeze.
