    Life changing for my CCD lab

    My 12-yo lab had been increasingly struggling with canine cognitive disorder. Every night she would suffer from sundowners syndrome - pacing, excessive drooling, jumping on weird furniture like tables, and ultimately trying to escape my yard. I felt helpless as I knew it was her brain and no pain or anxiety meds (which we already tested) could “cure” her. After a doctor RX I saw a change within the first month on this pill, and we are now in month 4. No more escape attempts, she sleeps through most nights, and has returned to her normal self. 6-months ago I wasn’t sure she would make it through summer, but I am so thankful to have found this “helper” for her brain!!! … more

    Too Early to Tell

    Our 18 year old dog has been on Anipryl for just over 2 weeks. We have seen some improvement in his behavior (i.e, he has more energy during the day, wants to go on more walks, etc). But some of the more disturbing dementia symptoms (i.e. crying, staring at walls, restlessness, etc) are still occurring Our 18 year old dog has been on Anipryl for just over 2 weeks.
