Absolutely worth every penny!!!
This item works so well! My 40-gallon tank was dark brown and foggy with tannins until I put this pack in my filter. The tank was visibly clearing up and in 48 hours (2 days) it was clear and beautiful again! My angelfish were happy and living quite well. If I have another water coloring problem, I will do this. This is fish-friendly and is kind to most creatures, though I have not used it with anything reptilian. It does not injure anything but the tannins in the water.
Clear water
I set up a 75 gallon freshwater tank a few weeks ago. I believe it cycled ok but still had a haze for a while. I did everything with the tank I was supposed to do. Water changes etc. I read about the api bio-chem sorb online and decided to try it. I replaced my carbon in both everclear 70’s with the bio-chem zorb. After a few days the water cleared. So far so good.
