API Pond Stress Coat Water Conditioner is an essential water treatment for setting up a pond, adding new fish or changing pond water. It works to remove chlorine, chloramines and ammonia from tap water for the ideal environment. This conditioner is also formulated to form a synthetic slime coating to replace your fish’s natural slime coat which can be lost or damaged due to handling, netting or other forms of stress. Pond Stress Coat helps prevent the loss of electrolytes, and it contains aloe vera to help heal torn fins and wounds and promote regeneration of damaged tissue. Keep your water clean and your finned friends healthy with this easy-to-use additive.

I have been using this product for 10 years and my common goldfish are healthy and strong. Some of them are 12 years old. I put a small amount in once a week because I am continually adding tap water to their very tiny pond.
Quality product reasonable price and fast delivery.
