Can Endosorb be used long term ? My dog has IBS and this medication has really helped him.

You should give Endosorb Tablets exactly as directed by your veterinarian and never stop giving Endosorb Tablets suddenly unless your veterinarian instructs you to. Depending on the situation, it may be used long term.

Does this have a taste that a dog would swallow without having to crush it in food? She needs it for IBD. My dog has to stay in a kennel and don't believe they are equipped to crush pills 2 times a day along with other meds.

The oral supplements are flavored and sweetened for easier dosing.

Does Endosorb need to be taken with food? Prior to meal?
This tablet can be given during a meal, you can hide in a pill pocket or wet food.

My dog eats them like a treat. I just make her sit and give her them. Chews them up and looks for more. She is a lab tho so no surprise

how many do I give to a dog that weighs 175lbs and how many times a day?

Labeled dosing indicates the product may be used at a dose of 2 tablets every four hours for dogs weighing between 26-50 pounds. My dog's oncologist gave this to my 140 lbs rottweiler and instructed to give 4 tablets by mouth as needed. I gave her 4 tablets crushed 2x a day in soft food. Her diarrhea was gone after the 2nd dose but I continued the next day just to be safe.
