Far superior
I found the lower priced betta food pellets to be too large for the fish to eat. Poor guy looks at it like how am I supposed to gulp that? These are just the right size and probably better ingredients. Fortunately I find it here on chewy because the pet stores don’t stock it.
Great Scooper
I love that this scooper is metal (not plastic) and it’s very sturdy. It’s on the larger side and is a little heavy for my small hands but still works nicely, the slits catch most of the litter or waste even the tiny pieces.

Where have you been all my life? Excellent scoop. I wish the holes were a bit smaller. And the handle bent a bit more. But this metal lifts off the biggest pee balls of litter. Treat yourself to a metal scoop - you’ll be glad you did.
Fabulous Fish Food
My little Betta loves this food. He eats 3 in the morning and 3 at night. Swims to the top in seconds and gobbles them up. They're tiny, so easy for him to fit in his mouth.
Appropriately Sized Fish Food for Betas!
The pellets are substantially smaller (they do expand a little when they get dropped in water) than pellets from other brands which makes it easier for the fish to eat, my new Betas adapted quickly, although it's impossible to know whether the food is responsible, but despite the stress from the trip from the pet store to my home, they still found their food enticing. One ate it right away, but it took the other about 15-20 minutes before he ate his food.

My betta loves this, even when I’m about to pour some food she would literally look like she wants to jump out of the tank for it.
Floating Betta Food
This container of betta food is amazing...a little bit goes a long way. it floats at the top of the tank so no food is wasted and my fish can grab it quickly. you get SOO much food and it lasts forever. Highly Recommend! (picture looks different because they have new branding! I received cash back for this item)
I’d rather not
I noticed the first two ingredients are Wheat and fillers. Bettas are supposed to have a mostly/100% protein diet and this food doesn’t have as much nutritional value as the other food I’ve been using. It also has a lot more ingredients which isn’t the best thing especially with things like fillers etc. I will stick to the other food I’ve been using.
Good Overall
Although this food has some fillers it also has a good blend of vitamins and nutrients for my beta fishes diet. It is very affordable and a little goes a long way. It also seems like my beta fish’s are enjoying the food so I will continue to try it out
