Pellets the size of sand!
I expected the pellets to be about the size of other small pellets, such as betta pellets, baby fish pellets or goldfish granules, but these are as small as SAND or TABLE SALT! I don't know if they got smashed during shipping or if the label is just misleading, but they are about a tenth of size shown on the picture that says "actual size". There is no reason at all why they should be this small. I have a bigger goldfish (he is about 8 inches, but his body is closer to 6in) but I feed him small pellets so he can chew them easier. I thought he would like to try a new food and it was kind of like a Christmas present for him. However, when I put them in the tank, he couldn't even see or smell them, even though the tank is bare bottom. I think he might of eventually ate them when he ate his other sinking pellets, but I don't think he even noticed. The nutritional value seems fairly good, but there's no point if they can't even find it, so I wouldn't recommend. Also, definitely do not get this if you have sand on the bottom of your tank!

My fish really enjoyed this food and came swimming right away for it each time! I love the container it comes in and how good of quality the item looks to be. I was amazed at how small the pieces are but my fish seemed to do a great job with them. I didn’t like how quickly the food sank to the bottom of the tank and wish it would float at least for a little bit because my fish tends to like to eat at the top of the tank. It is a little high in price point but overall it’s a good quality product. I received this item as a CashBack item for an honest review.
Great for all fish, especially the bottom feeders
The Aqueon Pro Revitanew Formula is great for both my bottom feeders and my other fish. The tiny pellets stay suspended in the water for a short while before they sink to the bottom of the tank, allowing my other fish to try them before the bottom feeders take over. I notice my bottom feeders are most excited about this food, but the other fish were also willing to try this along with their normal flake food. There wasn’t a clear recommendation on how much food to provide at each feeding, so I will have to monitor and adjust as needed. The packaging is nice and the top screws on securely, so there is no worry about tipping and spilling the tiny pellets. My fish love it! I received this product as part of a cash back program and offer, but would definitely buy this product again in the future.
Fishy loves it!
I got this a few days ago and so far my fishy is quite happy with it. He goes for it promptly and appears to be loving it. :) I also think the ingredients in it are perfect for keeping your fish happy and healthy. I clearly haven’t noticed a different in his fin health because we just started using it but I can certainly do another review in a few months! Great Quality for Price!
My fish seem to really love this food. It has a lot of proteins and fat as well as vitamins. It’s definitely very affordable and it is a good healthy choice for your fish. I am actually going to switch over to this food after trying it!
Revitanew fish food
I just received my Aqueon revitanew fish food and so far it's much better than the other brands I've used. The food is very small pellets which makes it easier for the fish to get and less leftovers to cloud up the tank.
Love everything but the cost!
I really like using this food because it really helps my fish eat when I feel as if they are not trying to. My bettas love it and I appreciate the fact that it comes elevated with additional proteins and fats to help him really color up really nicely.
Would Recommend!
I liked this product and my beta ate them immediately, although when they are not on sale, I think the price is a little high. But I would still recommend and it will last a long time!
