Cheap but expensive
These cartridges are cheaply made but expensive in price. They also clog way to fast, and no I don't have a dirty tank. When I've used up what I have I will use something else besides these. I get months of use out of Marineland cartridges in my Emperors.

Just Meh......
Personally, I'm not too happy with any Aqueon products. I have a 29 gallon tank with 1 angel fish and 4 small neon tetras and the filter gets crazy dirty after a week. I've tried 20% water changes weekly for a lengthy amount of time and removed and cleaned the gravel, but it still gets dirty. I've recently found some off brand filter cartridges that are supposed to be compatible so I will try those next time.
FISH FILTER CARTRIDGES
My fish love getting a new filter cartridge. These filters fit perfectly and last a good month. Only need to order them once a year as there are 12 in a package.
Amazing Aquarium Filter
This filter took 1 week to clear the tank entirely. I purchased a 9 pack, the first one cleared 90% of the junk in 5 days, the second one has been working for 8 days. I suspect 9 filters will last me 3 months, excellent value in my mind.
