    Good food for the price!

    By Karrie on Mar 16, 2021 top1000Contributor

This is a cheap food, which is exactly what I was looking for to feed my 5 year old bullhead catfish. Once they have finally sunk he gobbles these pellets up like they’re going out of style. They are also one of the only pellets I have been able to find recently that lists a meat (e.x. Shrimp) as the first ingredient and not a grain or something like that. My only complaint is that a few years ago the pellets would sink as soon as they hit the water, now it takes some of them a good ten minutes to waterlog and finally go down, which is why I gave them 4 stars and not 5.

    Worse Shrimp Pellets

By James on Apr 6, 2021

These are the worse shrimp pellets that I had ever purchase. They take way to long to sink and none of my fish will eat them. I have 5 tanks and in the 75gl tank most of them were still floating after an hour. I would not recommend these pellets at all. I wish that I had read the reviews before I ordered 3 cans of these. What a waste of money.

    OK product

By Lala on Apr 26, 2021

My snail enjoys these as a once in awhile treat. I do wish they sank faster though. I like to put them close to him so the other fish don't get to it much, but some pellets take up to five minutes to sink so it's tough to feed them quickly.

    Worth the choice!

By Charlie on Mar 27, 2021

My goldfish is enjoying a change of taste! I had previously purchased (before I became a "Chewey") a huge canister. This jar is easier to handle and takes up less space. My fish is eating it and swimming to the top and doing flips when its feeding time. He hasn't done that in long time. Glad I purchased. Happy fish, Happy me!

    Super Weird

By melonkneee on Mar 29, 2021

I don't understand this. I bought these by themselves and they were absolutely amazing. Turned on autoship(gotta feed 13 tanks) and the first shipment was basically a completely different product inside. Extremely disappointing. Autoship seems to be a bad way to buy products

    Don't but for bottom feeders

By Barb on Mar 18, 2021

Bought these "sinking" food pellets for my catfish. One small issue, they DON'T SINK! Waited over 1/2 hour, nothing. A few hours later they finally did sink, but that kind of defeats the purpose of buying a "sinking" pellet.

    Its a Floater

    By FishMonger123 on Mar 20, 2021

These take way too long to sink. I should have known Aqueon has been a disappointment except for their tanks and lights

    Shrimp Hoarded Them

By CindyS on Mar 19, 2021

I have never seen my Amano's react so much for food. They come out of nowhere, grab and lug them to theirs hiding places.

    They don’t sink!

    By Maxlin87 on Mar 25, 2021

These pellets do not sink. They float and eventually get sucked up into the filter. I’ll go back to my old brand
