Great Dog Shampoo!
After using this shampoo, my dogs are clean with beautiful, soft coats.
The Best for Milo!
I was so pleased with this shampoo for Milo. Milo doesn't scratch much at all. He smells so good for weeks. I love it!
Decent Shampoo
I used this on all three of my dogs when we got really bad rain storms and as a result the mosquitos not only bit us but our dogs. This helped to relieve their itching and it smelled good. It did not ward off mosquitos or other bus from them though.
Great natural product!
This is a great product that I desperately needed for my papillon and cats. The fleas are almost year round in Florida since it's always hot. My poor babies sometimes get them when lapsed on their flea meds or have a random break through. They sometimes have allergic skin reactions. This soothed their skin and caots while helping with the fleas. It smells amazing and feels even better. They were soft and flea free without itching and irritation. I'm so beyond happy with this brand and I will be a forever customer. I feel like the flea shampoo/spray market was missing an amazing natural brand like this and I'm so happy to have found them.
Good Shampoo
I received this shampoo for free for testing purposes. I use a flea and tick shampoo monthly for the summer as prevention on my three dogs. This one is one of my favorites. First the scent is great. Fresh smelling and not overwhelming. I have found some shampoos can be very strong. The formula on it is very thin almost like water. It took some time to get used to so the first time I used more than I needed. After I realized it was very easy and personally liked it better. On double coat it take some time to work through the coat and rinse out. Overall I did enjoy the shampoo.
Gentle for dogs, smell could be improved
I received this shampoo for free as a part of a promotion, in exchange for my opinion. My dog, Chewie, has sensitive skin. He normally is itchy and post-shower he didn't scratch at all. This was so gentle for him, and seemed to work great just as a shampoo without a conditioner. His fur was left feeling clean and soft. I would def purchase this again for my pupper. Some things to note about it: - It's recommended to keep the shampoo on for 5 minutes before rinsing. This may not be ideal if you have a pup that doesn't like baths - The scent is strong but doesn't stick around on the fur after rinsing. The strong scent is mostly that of cinnamon/clove smell, which is likely the Geraniol within it. - The shampoo is a bit runny, so keep that in mind when you go to pour.
Not bad at all
I received this product in exchange for my fair and honest review. My dog and I certainly enjoyed the pleasant smell, and I felt comfortable putting a spray on my dog that was comprised of natural ingredients. My dogs have pure white coats, so we will prefer to use a shampoo that is more specific to their coat and skin as opposed to flea and tick being the main claim. But overall, definitely worth a shot if you’re in tick heavy areas! (Note: we also use a flea and tick solution once/month on our dogs and have been for years. We used it in conjunction with this product.)
Meh not as good as others I've tried
I received Ark Naturals Neem Protect Dog & Cat Shampoo and this shampoo didn't seem to alleviate my pugs scratching and misery as well as the Ark natural sprays. That being said it is not a one stop product answer to my pets flea problems. The scent is very strong and confirms it is made of the ingredients claimed. I appreciate that I don't have to worry that my dog will have adverse effects with this product but I will stick with the spray for temporary relief for my dog and continue on my journey to find a natural flea shampoo that actually works well.
it smells really good!
we used this on both my dogs, a long coat and a short coat. they smelled AMAZING afterwards and didn't have that "wet dog" smell that dogs can get after being bathed. a little went a long way, and it was easy to wash out. not sure how it is against fleas and ticks because we don't have any just yet (by june our area usually gets them). the only downfall about this is that our long coated pup looked oily way faster than she would when she's washed with the shampoo we currently use, and our short haired pup looked dirtier faster.
Smells great!
I used this at the beginning of summer right after my dog was boarded for a weekend. She came back smelling horrible! The shampoo really was able to get rid of the smell gently and lathered very well. The scent is mild like laundry almost, which I personally loved. I didn’t feel like I needed to double wash her because it got her clean the first time too. I really like that it protects against fleas and ticks too! She is shiny, clean, and protected. I would recommend!
