    Good for very small toy sized dogs

    Our 8 lb maltipoo loves these chews but in the next larger size. These are way too small for her. Being that she is only 8 lbs and that was lowest weight recommended for the next size treats we bought both sizes. I wish I knew someone with a smaller dog to give these to. But I highly recommend the larger log size for an 8 lb dog. Takes her about 3 to 4 minutes to chew thru vs a nano second of these small chip sized ones. I will know dental results after her next check up. She no longer will allow me to brush her teeth as she is getting stubborn at age 13! It’s worth a try as she gets teeth cleaned every 4 months by professionals (no anesthesia). Teeth issues have always been her main health problem. Fingers crossed these can help! … more

    I previously tried Greenies dental Chews for my 2 toy dogs and they didn't like them at first but agreed to occasionally eat some after time. These dogs have had dental problems in the past so I decided to try a different brand. I tried two flavors of the Ark brand. They also refused these at first. These dogs have had dental problems in the past so I decided to try a different brand. I tried two flavors of the Ark brand. They also refused these at first. After the first week or so one of them started chewing both flavors on a regular basis. Now both treats disappear from their bowls but I don't know whether both dogs are eating them or one is eating both. Since the dog version of these products is expensive, I suggest trying small quantities at first to determine whether the dog will eat them. … more
