"Essential" for my home

I needed a camera to keep an eye on my two puppers while I was away. I had no issues with setup and the camera connects easily to an app on my phone. I'm able to speak to my dogs while I'm away (mostly to yell at them to stop doing something) and also gives me a peace of mind when I'm out for longer periods of time. I also like that there is a pet detection function which tells me whether the movement on the camera is a human or a pet.

Arlo system rarely works. The updates Arlo does often cause it not to work for days at a time. There's zero customer service from them and they're okay with that. You bought their products maybe even signed up for subscription so they are done with you.
