Nice but not well engineered

The structures themselves are nice. The mounting instructions are limited but their instructions don't fit their design. They provide an alan wrench to mount the scratcher but you have to but the base on the wall before you can attach it so you can't get to the screw to tighten it well. I'll have to super glue it or something so I can get it tight. Their drawing shows that the cat face will mount on the end of the scratcher, but there are no holes to mount it....so again, glue. It is difficult to get a drill inside the box to mount it, haven't figured out the workaround. They obviously are not paying attention to reviews because there are others that point these things out and they haven't fixed it yet. So think twice before buying - make sure you or someone you know is handy with alternative ideas since their instructions don't work.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

The shelf was broken when it arrived. The actual house was good and worked, but needed to be sanded as it was a rough cut. The pre drilled nails don’t fit the scratcher perch, and nothing lines up

Not Worth It

Looks nice and I can paint it but I agree with the previous review saying that you can build this yourself for much cheaper. My cat enjoys the house-part on the ground or on a chair seeing as mine didn't come with the screw(s) or other accessories needed to put it together. I think they are supposed to be included, but either way, I'm building everything else myself from now on.

Cat house holes too small for kitten

For $50+ I should have built this from scratch myself— was NOT worth it. First off, the screw holes were placed in areas of security but because the house was already put together, it was difficult to put up on the wall. Second, there is no possible way to know if you’re screwing the scratcher post wooden cat face into the screw holes because the screw holes aren’t actually holes. Third, the access points on the house part are different sizes. My kittens are 9 months old and ~7lbs and they were fine getting in and out while the house was on the ground but struggling once the house was mounted because the side points are much smaller than the front.
