This design of ca carrier really cuts down on whining in the car as the cat can see you much more easily while riding next to you.

It is very sturdy. Made of strong materials. My only complaint it was a little difficult to assemble.

I should qualify this with our item is not exactly like the one pictured here, and I think our cat is comfortable with it because of the very open view. I’ll add a picture. With the side door wide open she lets us set her in without a struggle. After our last trip to the vet, we left it open in the living room and she’s been wandering into it occasionally. Very roomy with solid frame. Well constructed and her claws don’t damage the mesh.

The crate is very nice for a kitten, small cat or dog. I had to return the crate because it was not big enough for 2 medium sized cats, and Chewy asked me to donate the crate instead of returning it back to them. I donated the crate to the Humane Society. I was surprised by their generosity to give back to a shelter in need. Chewy is awesome.

This is a wonderful soft carrier for my cats. It’s foldable and so very convenient. My cats are very comfortable with it.

Very well made. Lots of room for my 16.8 lb cat Patches.

This soft kennel is the perfect size for our 9 week old puppy. He slept the whole car ride and we used the extra pockets for his leash and treats. Collapsible for easy storage.

Bought this for our grand cat for Christmas. Our son and daughter in law use hard plastic carry that takes up a lot of room and the cat hates. I like the design of this carrier which has a real open feel and less confining. The removable pad is also neat. The only thing I would change is add a shoulder strap for carrying. Otherwise this carrier is well made.

My cat has escaped out of this crate 4 times now while I have been driving on the highway, I want a refund.

Super fast delivery in less than a week. It is awesome; spacious, sturdy collapsible tubular frame folds flat when not in use, heavy duty canvas w/reinforced corners, lots of airy mesh, zip top, two zip sides, two storage pockets one removable, removable washable plush liner w/zipper backing for absorbent liner, and carry handle. The only critique is the shoulder strap clips onto the bottom not the top so not usable; also came with a pack of extra metal rods that seem to have no purpose, and the instructions don't mention them, oh well. Less expensive and much better than the lame two piece plastic carriers that are always falling apart. All in all its top quality through and through.
