Back is too high

I currently have a donut type bed for her and she has always liked it. I think the bottom cushion is losing its loft because she’s not sleeping in it much anymore. So I purchased this bed (I like Armarkat products) for her. But it’s so small and the back comes up so high that she doesn’t like it and won’t sleep in it. I’m looking at getting a new or additional round cushion for her older bed to try to give her more cushioning on the bottom. Why couldn’t Armarkat have just kept the same bed? Why fiddle with something that wasn’t broken? Keep it simple - one of the best mottos for business. When I was looking for a new bed I couldn’t find one on your website just like the current bed. I'm so glad I purchased this. My 17lb. cat used to lay on my desk, now he climbs right into his bed. It's perfect for him with its high sides, and it's soft and warm.
