Only for kittens
We loved the thought of this but when we got it they sent very small screws and the weight limit was pretty low. I know my 12 and 17 lb cats were too big for it. Design was well done but be mindful of the low weight requirements.
Sturdy and well designed.
Perfect for a "Catio" window staircase. It's easy to put together, is very sturdy and uses high quality materials.
I like it …. but
Love this cat tree/stair setup . Great idea. The two things I didn’t like … 1) the instructions are not great … they do put all the tools needed in a cute bag , but the instructions are not the best. I had to use photos from here to help . 2) it’s designed to go only one way on the wall. For my use I flipped it , but then realized the carpets don’t fit perfectly when I did that . Not a huge deal breaker. My cat was trying to climb it as I was making it so lol Oh PS: make sure you don’t cover an electrical plate like I did lol
Playground of joy
Gravy LOVES this step ladder contraption. She uses all three levels, scratches on both poles, and chillaxes on the top platform so she can chortle at the birds and squirrels out of her personal window. Best $ spent on her yet. <3 Very solid, kind of a pain to install just because anchors/drywall...but not too terrible.
Stairway to Kitty Heaven
Bought these to create a stairway up to my daughter's bed and they are perfect! I ended up shortening one of them due to some brick behind the wall, but the 1 2/3 is enough that all our cats can make their happy way up to snugglesville. 🪜 I found the easiest way to install is to start with the top shelf (unassembled)and screw it into the wall. Then unscrew it, add the anchors into the wall, and screw it back into the anchors. Then you can add on a pole with the next shelf and repeat the same process with the added step of loosening the pole so you can get the shelf out of the way before adding the anchors into the wall. Just finished installing this, already had a cat use it! Seems well made, but my only complaint is that the toy that came with it is not at all usable in the way its intended for this item. This is definitely a dog toy, no string to hang it...
Mostly easy and nice
The carpet mats that it came with do not fit. They were constructed with the pattern upside down.
FUN AND FUNNY!
IT'S THE TOY WITH ALL THE JOY!!! IT PROVIDES EXERCISE, AS WELL AS ENTERTAINMENT FOR BOTH THE CAT AND HIS AUDIENCE.
Not great for hesitant cats
Platform carpet only fits for aligning the design as shown on the diagram. Stairs were too steep and short for my senior over weight cat to get down without hesitancy
