    Great product

I used these items to attach tie down straps for my Igloo ten foot by ten foot canopy. Worked great. Spiral stake provides a firm foundation for the canopy.

    Good for my 30lb Puppy

    By on

This works well for my 30lb puppy, he pulls on it a lot but it has always stayed firmly in the ground. Pretty easy to screw into the dirt!

It's Sturdy, Needs Length for Depth

Florida is built on sand and while this was easy to get into the ground, it was also easy for my 45-lber to wiggle loose. I don't see how this would hold up to beach use if my yard is too soft. Otherwise it's well-built and I believe if it were in firmer ground it would stay put. Every two or so uses I'll have to pull it up and anchor it in a new spot. That's going to play havoc with the yard guys. My husband spray painted it orange to help but the paint isn't sticking. He said something about a different kind of paint for metal working better. Any excuse to go to the hardware store, right? :D I'll keep it because it does last a couple uses, keeps my hands free, and saves the squirrels Florida is built on sand and while this was easy to get into the ground, it was also easy for my 45-lber to wiggle loose. We have a strong 5½ foot fence so it's not a safety thing for her, just for the squirrels, and to prevent her from rolling in icky, stinky, goo of indeterminable origin. I don't know What some of the critters around here eat but good grief they need to see a Gastroenterologist! … more

This was very difficult to get in the ground to begin with and then my dog bent and out of the ground it within less than a week and now it is useless.

    Great for price

Strong and sturdy. Might go next size up for a big dog 50+ lb. or a strong medium dog.

    Works well

Does its job. Stays in the ground well even when my 60lb 1year old black lab runs full force to the end of his 30ft lead.

Works very well for my 10 pound pup

    By on

Although my sheltie is only 10 pounds, he definitely needs a sturdy stake so he doesn't pull it out and this one does the job perfectly. I was a little skeptical because of the price, but I am soooo glad I got this.

Love this spiral ground holder! Besides taking her for a walk I can put her in the yard because she's potty training. Recommend this product to anyone!

    Pitbull loves to pull

    By on

We have a pitbull dog who doesn't weigh much but is a puller. The stake goes deep enough that my muscular pit mix can't pull it out and she loves it. She now can enjoy days outside with us without running off which she loves. Awesome product
