I installed the entire unit which took a lot of time as I hid all the wires and made it look nice. 30 days after install, one of the pet tags stopped working. I contacted Chewy and they told me I would have to uninstall everything and return it to them in order to get a replacement. No way I am doing the entire install again. I guess I will just buy a new tag...and not from Chewy.
