  • Avo Derm Chicken

    By on

Our two Boxer girls 7 & 10 years old and our Bassett about 4 all love Avo chicken. They are all picky eaters. The Boxers are a bit older and used to have gas and now : Not as gassy-HUGE difference and they are more active. This food helps digestion and has ingredients to improve their joints. Great quality food.

  • Got that Greyt gallop back!

    By on

We have been feeding our senior dogs (10-11) this for about a year. Before with other foods our Greyhound was having trouble walking around. We could tell he was having some arthritic issues. After feeding him AvoDerm Senior formula and it being the ONLY change for a couple months he was back to acting like he was when he was 3 years old. We have to try and slow him down when he runs his energy out now! He does get picky with the taste and we have to switch between the two flavors but this has been a great change and so happy to see him walking about normally again.

  • Picky Dogs Love This Food

    By on

Our 2 Shepherd mixes started turning up their noses at our previous brand. Researched brands and settled on this highly recommended AvoDerm. Our babies are 9 and 8. Seniors so we decided to switch to a senior brand. They LOVE it. They actually gobble it up and can't wait for more.

  • Giving it a try

    By on

Sad that Chewy quit carrying Fromm which is what some of our household has been eating. Being a household of 9 rescue dogs with varying digestive/ skin issues as well as several fosters I rely on comprehensive reviews which led me to Avoderm. The dogs like it & there seems to be less itching. I've given only 4 stars because I don't think they are fully acclimated to the new food; I could not gradually introduce AvoDerm because I was notified as my order was being auto shipped that the Fromm was discontinued, and I was at the bottom of the barrel of the Fromm. However I do think it will do the job, the kibble pieces are large.

  • My dog loves this!

    By on

We rescued our cocker spaniel several years ago and were told to use this food. My mom moved to another city and took Scarlet with her. She fed her junky food from the grocery store. Several years later, she came back to live with me. She hated every dog food I gave her. Then I remembered that she used to eat AvoDerm. She loves it and always cleans the bowl. I'm not changing again

Our veterinarian recommended I start feeding my 15 year old beagle a mature dog food. He loves it and seems to have more pep in his step.

  • Didn't work for us...

I was really hoping this would help my dog with allergies. She didn't like it and refused to eat it. Trying a new brand.

  • Avoderm chicken and brown rice formula

    By on

My dog has been on Aoderm chicken / brown rice formula since she was a puppy. First it was Avoderm puppy formula, next it was the Avoderm adult formula, and as of last year, 2016, it is the Avoderm senior formula. She is nine years old, she is very healthly, very energetic, and her coat is still beautiful.
