Good ingredients
Unfortunately my kitten does not like this food at all. I gave it 3 stars because it has good ingredients. I’m feeding it to the feral cat that visits
Awful dry food
this cat food smells like it was expired 10 years ago. Non of my cats want to it.
Best choice for foster kittens!
Although I was not impressed by the ingredient list or cost for this food, I have found over several years and more than 100 foster kittens that this is the best - and worth every cent. It is the ONLY kitten food every kitten will eat, it is amazing for putting weight back on neglected, abused or sickly kittens and it is also in the top 5 best of all ratings I have read. I assumed rescued kittens would not be fussy about their food. BIG mistake. Sometimes they are worse than the most spoiled pet. While other foods may be less expensive, if you end up throwing half of it out because the kittens won't eat it, that is no bargain in any scenario. I even feed the kitten version to my adult cats when they need a few extra calories. Pay close attention to the cost per pound when shopping. Sometimes the biggest bag isn't the best price per pound. When I find this on sale, I order multiple bags and freeze them. This extends the life for at least 6 months past the expiration date and also allows me to always have it on hand. The attached photo is of one of my fosters who came to me almost starved to death and very sick. Avoderm kitten helped put weight back on him very quickly and his energy level increased daily from Day 1
I'm not a kitten any more.
I loved this food when I was a kitten. Now since I'm 18 mo old, my tastes have changed. I like the big boy stuff these days.

My new kitten absolutely loves this food. He can hardly wait until it gets into his dish and tries to eat it as it pours out of the bag. Most important is the healthy ingredients and it has all the supplements a growing kitten needs. Very pleased with this purchase.
My cats love it
It's one of the best foods I have found for my cats. I have a 4 yr old boy and his 5 yr old mom. It's just a little pricey over other dry food. I think it is worth it. They don't have so many hairballs eating it either.
Tasty, his fist got too out of 6
I said tasty because yes I did try it LOL. My cats very finicky and I tried about six different ones. I would lay out about three at a time and he would always pick this one so now I got it down to just this brand. It was lucky that he chose the healthy brand. I’m impressed that he chose this over Unhealthier ones.
My girl kitties love this food
Avoderm has been our kitties favorite for years now, I've tried other dry foods and they dislike to hate them! This food is becoming difficult to find in stores, but is always available on Chewy.
Wonderful Kitten Food!
I gave this to each of my cats when they were kittens and they love it. I use to sell pet food, so I know and am confident in the formula. It makes their fur so soft and it doesn’t cause any tummy troubles! It’s a little pricey, but you won’t regret it.

My 6 month old will eat anything so this isn't so much about him... I have a 4 year old Tabby who absolutely loves this food. I'm considering repurchasing just for him alone.
