I bought two of these. Although they looked good out of the box, I now hate them and won't keep them. Dogs drool. This is nothing new. But in nearly thirty years of living with dogs and dog beds, I have never had a dog bed which looks so gross, so fast. Dog drool leaves water marks on the cover, so the beds look completely filthy. Okay, other dog beds had dried drool on them, but you couldn't SEE it. The fabric used in the cover for this dog bed is not fit for purpose.
I really wanted to love this bed, the filler is just a bit too soft/bulky for pup to get comfortable for sleeping - she tries but ends up half off or rolled onto the floor if it isn't propped against a wall. The pillow isn't as supportive as it looks in the photos, and even with her weight on it she can never seem to get an even position in the middle. Looking back at the product photos I can see it now, where it's more of a cheaper-style pillow vs a foam pad. We're keeping it for general laying about (one can never have too many dog beds) but with a sprawler and side-sleeper it's just not suitable as a bed for her sleep style.
One older dog. One younger. They both love them. They are soft but not so soft they sink to the hard ground. Younger dog hasn’t made any attempted to destroy it yet. (You should see the last bed) so that’s also promising that he doesn’t view this one as a toy! The cover is a very nice thick durable material which I think helps. And it has a nice little handle for making them easier to move around (though they are fairly light for the size). Worth every penny so far!
Zipper broke less than 2 months of purchase Was nice while still intact Didn’t think the quality would be poor Thought it would last longer than 45 days
First of all have 3 Huskies which have the run of the house most of the time. On occasion they have to be crated at most 1 hour a time a few times a week. The 10 1/2 year Husky loves the bed and just purchased another one for another room.
This pillow is exactly as described, which made it much easier to be satisfied. Thank you.
Saw a review that suggested it was lumpy, but in the small size it is not a problem, nice looking heavy cover
Nice cover fabric; seems a little firm right now, but she is just a puppy. Once she reaches 18lbs I'm sure it will be just right. THe foam is also certified free of toxins.
This bed is perfect and I can wash the outside piece so easily! My dog loves it.
Dog bed arrived quickly and packaged nicely. Cover and insert quality are great. The overall size is bigger than what we needed for crate, but kept anyway due to quality and price. Would recommend.
