  • Disapppointed in chew

    By on

We bought this for our 10 month old puppy after purchasing one from a pet expo and our girl went crazy. This antler she does carry around but does not chew and use like the original that we purchased. In fact, it still has it's marrow inside. I don't know if it was because the original was fresher or if the novelty wore off.

  • 4-month old puppy loves this

    By on

Our stray puppy - which is no longer a stray - absolutely loves this (she's part dachshund and that's all we know, about 12 pounds). She works on it 30 - 60 minutes a day and after a week, it's still operating at almost full capacity. I'll definitely get her another when she finally works through it. Great quality and I'm much happier giving her an elk antler compared to so many other chews.

  • Way too Small

    By on

Honestly, disappointingly small. Buying "puppy" items is generally a mistake when it comes to my nearly 9 month old pit bull, but alas you live and you learn. Will buy larger items in the future

  • Tiny but Mighty!

    By on

Bought the puppy Elk antler bone for my 13 pound toy poodle - thought this was the perfect size for her very tiny teeth. WRONG! While she enjoyed her small puppy antler for a while, she maneuvered her way over to my medium size MinPin and "borrowed" her much larger antler and enjoyed it for a couple of hours. She continues to walk around with the much larger antler so guess I'll be purchasing the next size up in the near future.

  • No bully-stank

    By on

Dog loves it and it does not smell horrendous like bully-sticks. Seems to last a long time an does not make a mess. Only criticism, if I can even call it that, is it is loud like breaking ceramic when the dog slaps it down on the tile floor.

  • Really small piece of antler

    By on

This would be fine for a tiny puppy but not near big enough for a bigger puppy. Was disappointed in the size. Good for toy breeds or very young big breeds.

  • the best purchase of puppyhood

    By on

This is the first thing to work to distract our puppy from chewing on fingers! What a relief. He loves it, and even with a short attention span, he can chew on his antler for up to 30 minutes at a time!

  • Somewhat disappointed

    By on

I thought it would be just the thing for all my puppy's chewing and gnawing, but he lost interest pretty quickly. I will continue to try to give it to him as he gets a little older.

  • antlers are the best for bad dog breath

    By on

I am super happy with the service. I have seen antlers in pet stores at super high prices and did not want to try them. My friend uses chewy and I read many reviews. At the end of the day the dogs have been super happy with these antlers. They have them for days, playing and fighting over them. But they chew them down and their breath is so much better then using milk bones.

  • It was just ok

    By on Top 500 Contributor

I gave it to my GSD puppy after someone recommended antlers. Definitely was a bit too hard on his teeth. He loved it for a while and now doesn't have too much interest in it. It's good for redirecting him. It was a bit smaller than I anticipated and he quickly has out-grown it! I probably won't keep giving antlers, they just seem too hard for teeth.
