Works ok but not the best
The collar does work. Not for the quick barks my dog does but repeated barks gets a response. I found the collar’s instructions hard to understand. Moving thru the different modes isn’t smooth and takes some tries to get it to respond. This was our first time trying a bark collar and the price made it a good choice. If instructions had been clearer and operation easier I would have given it a higher rating.
Upgrade From Prior Barking Collar
I've only had this collar a day and can tell you it's an upgrade from the prior generation collar. It looks better, works better and feels better than the other one. My niece would easily set off the other one if she yelled or cried and was near it, but this one is set off far less easy. It can still happen, but not nearly as much.
Not for small dogs.
I ordered this because it was promoted for small dogs and had good reviews. The problem is, even if you adjust the collar it is much too large for a small dog.
The solution to your bark problem…
This collar is legit. We set it on #2 (one of the lowest settings) and after two barks, our problem was solved. We have another PatPet bark collar model with the blue logo, and this one is more effective! I’d say the blue one is better designed for puppies and this is for growing teenage dogs and up. Five stars for working as advertised! My husband thanks you. LOL!
Waterproof Bark Collar
Lightweight bark collar. I like that this collar comes with different modes off correction which is not true for all bark collars. Waterproof is a huge plus, especially for outdoor dogs. The charge cord is magnetic which helps prevent damage during accidental disconnects. Also the collar is touch screen and locks after a period of time so settings do not get changed on accident (no remote). Recommend this bark collar.
Enjoyable Walks!
Love this bark collar for our outdoor walks! We’ve had a few in the past, but they didn’t work as well and weren’t waterproof, which limited us to using them essentially only in the house and not where we needed it most. This collar does exactly what it’s supposed to and has held up well to our rambunctious pup. Barking has definitely improved on our outdoor adventures!
Easy collar
This is a great collar to help control your dogs barking habits. It’s waterproof and sleek. I love that I can set this to the mode I want and I don’t have to tap a button to instruct the collar to work. Great when I have company over and my front bell is being rung constantly. Would highly recommend.
Bark problem solved!!
This collar is hands down way more effective than any other device I have tried. After one use, our bark problem was solved. I believe it is due to better contact points and dual sound/vibration triggers. I highly recommend!
Sleek Training Collar
The collar takes both hard shaking and noise to activate. However, it is sleek and works as described. The cost is similar to that of remote training collars but more automated so timing is not an issue.
Looks and works great!
Look how cute it is! We charged it up and have started using in the house. Our pup seems to be responding well. The box is small and convenient and easy to repack when not in use.
